E-commerce Officer

Department: IT & Online Services Department

Reports to: IT Manager

Type: Full Time / Part-time

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and executing promotional campaigns
  • Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
  • Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
  • Update and edit Web pages in the Content Management System (WordPress/Wix)


Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Computing/Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years experience in e-commerce.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in content management or email marketing.
