Zak Salaam India Community Award

On 14 March, the General Secretary was invited to receive the Zak Salaam India Community Award for dedicated efforts in supporting vulnerable residents in Singapore.

The Alphabet Project Club @ Bedok Interfaith Iftar

On 20 March, the General Secretary participated in an interfaith iftar with children and families from low-income households held at Bedok Bunga Merah RC. Her Excellency Gabrielle Rush, the New Zealand High Commissioner to Singapore, was also present as a special guest.

Association of Employment Agencies (Singapore) Annual Lo Hei Celebration

On 5 February, the General Secretary was invited to attend the Association of Employment Agencies (Singapore) [AEA(S)] Annual Lo Hei Celebration. SowCare is a partner of AEA(S) to serve the migrant domestic workers in Singapore with monthly events held at the Bible House. SowCare jointly sponsored the Migrant Domestic Worker and Employer of the Year Awards which were presented during the event.

Preaching at Gospel for Myanmar Seminary and Believers Church Myanmar

From 21 to 23 February, the General Secretary was invited to preach at the graduation service of Gospel for Myanmar Theological Seminary. The General Secretary also met up with the leadership of Myanmar Evangelical Church Alliance, the Bible Society of Myanmar, where mission collaboration opportunities were discussed, and also preached at Believers Church Myanmar.

Lunch with Lausanne Intergenerational Task Force

On 26 February, the General Secretary hosted lunch with the Lausanne Intergenerational Task Force who visited the Bible House in Singapore and discussed partnerships to reach out to the generations.

Installation Service of Archbishop Vicente Msosa

On 26 January, the General Secretary was invited to attend the Installation Service of Archbishop Vicente Msosa held in Luanda, Angola. Archbishop Vicente Msosa was the first elected presiding bishop and primate of the Anglican Church of Mozambique and Angola (IAMA), the newest province in the Anglican Communion established in 2021.
