Overall responsibilities:
Coordinate Bible advocacy programmes, events, publications and researches; website administration.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Coordinate publishing of academic publications
- Coordinate, schedule and publish articles on the website
- Coordinate with partners on research projects
- Coordinate with partners/stakeholders/speakers in the planning and execution of Bible Advocacy programmes
- Web administration using WordPress
- Other office admin such as coordinating meetings, generating reports, handling enquiries and managing databases
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in project management
- Diploma or Degree holder
- Self-starter with a good eye for detail and strong ability to multi-task
- Possess excellent team-working, organisational and analytical skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of WordPress and Social Media preferred
