The "Beyond Success" event focuses on personal development and leadership growth through a structured, roundtable format. Over seven lessons, participants will explore key topics that contribute to a successful and meaningful life, such as integrity, priorities, attitude, and relationships. These lessons are designed to help individuals add value to themselves and others, moving from success to significance.
This global initiative promotes personal growth through self-evaluation and action steps from Dr. John C. Maxwell’s lessons. Each session includes a video lesson from Dr. Maxwell and opportunities to hear others' insights and experiences.
Additionally, roundtables help participants develop leadership, build meaningful relationships, and create a sense of community. This simple tool enhances values, unlocks potential, strengthens teams, and promotes success at work and home.
The Structure
Roundtable Format: One hour a week shared with 8–10 friends or co-workers, focused on one leadership principle with easily applied action steps that can rapidly improve understanding of your challenges and provide clarity toward solutions for improvements. This includes round table sharing of your reflection which enables learning to take place through active listening.
Schedule and Timing:
a. Conducted via Zoom if WiFi is stable. 1–1.5 hours with a group of 10 per lesson.
b. Lessons can be conducted with 2 lessons per session or once a week.
c. Or Face to face conducted over a weekend from 9 am–12:30 pm OR over 2 Saturdays for half a day each.
